Great watch/ fitness tracker. It has the time, steps, heart rate,blood pressure ,burnt calories,and lots of different work out/ sports options. It looks really nice. The screen is really clear . My favourite feature on this watch is the relax option it is brilliant it helps you to relax , de-stress and it helps you to breathe properly. It is very easy to set up and use , but it also has instructions aswell. Great quality product at a brilliant and reasonable price .
